We are exceptionally proud of the way our children have worked this year - at school and at home. We have seen lots of respect, resilience and independence - all of which are our values.
Read this newsletter to see how independence is evident across Stepney Park.
We believe independence means children display active learning; they are not over-reliant on adult direction and are not led by peers; they show engagement in their learning, taking responsibility, creating and welcome opportunities; they have their own interests which in turn are valued by the school community.
We also share the other fantastic learning opportunities this term such as our Bikeability and Urban Adventure days.
We celebrate the wonderful Year 6 pupils who we are so sad to see go... but wish lots of luck for brilliant futures. We know they will go on to be successful in all they do.
We wish all the families all the best for a fantastic Summer and look forward to seeing you all again in September.
Don't forget to go to the Parents page for further updates on opportunities across Tower Hamlets - Community and Family Updates.
Headteacher's News - (A repeat of the letter which went out on Tuesday)
A reminder to all Reception parents that the information for the start of the term is on our website.
Nursery start dates
There is a taster day on Monday 6th September. Parents have been given their times either am or pm. Please check with the office if you are not sure when your child's session is.
Parent Pay
If you are not getting texts from the school you must sign up for Parent Pay. You can speak to the office to make sure your details are with the school.
Parent Pay means you get regular up-to-date messages from the school. You can also use it to pay directly for clubs and trips.
We strongly urge all parents to sign up as soon as possible.
