3rd April Parent-Teacher Meetings

Parent-Teacher meetings are happening on Thursday 3rd April.

School will close at 1pm and meetings will start from 1.30pm.

Year groups will also showcase what children have been learning in other subjects this academic year. Year 2,4 & 6 in the South Middle Hall and Year 1, 3 & 5 in the North Middle Hall. The children would love to share their learning with you, so please walk through the halls to see what fabulous learning our children have done so far this year.

EID Celebrations

Please note the following arrangements for next week's Eid Celebrations at school.

Monday 31st March - school is closed

Tuesday 1st April - normal school day

Wednesday 2nd April - Shared lunch for staff and children at school

Thursday 3rd April - School closes at 1pm for Parent-Teacher meetings starting 1.30pm

Friday 4th April - Non-uniform day, class parties, school closes at 1pm for Easter holiday

Workshops and Events at SPPS

Workshop and Events in Tower Hamlets

Join us at John Orwell Sports Centre on Sunday 6 April 2025, from 9am to 5pm for a free day of fun, including sports, arts and crafts, face painting, and more. Activities are available for all ages, with dedicated SEND sessions for children with additional needs. Walk-ins welcome! Find out more and book your place.

Calling all parents of 5 to 15 year olds!

Our all-day Easter Holiday Club has plenty of activities to help your children make the most of their free time and will be taking place from Monday 7 April to Thursday 17 April 2025, every Monday to Thursday, between 9am to 5pm. It only costs £23.30 per child, per day. Children in receipt of free school meals may be eligible for a free place (subject to availability and meeting eligibility criteria). Boost your child's confidence in the water with Be Well Swim Well at Mile End Park Leisure Centre. Designed for beginners, these fun and engaging lessons offer small class sizes and expert instructors to provide personalised support. Sessions run from Monday 7 April to Friday 11 April 2025, between 9am and 12noon, with each lesson lasting 30 minutes. Book your place today!
