This week, 5 Maple had the chance to share their learning with the rest of the year group through a virtual sharing assembly using Google Meet. We spoke about the historic reasoning behind Bonfire Night and why many people still celebrate it today. We then sang our own version of Katy Perry’s song ‘Firework’ to celebrate the occasion. We also created some chalk drawings of the fireworks displays that we often see around London during this time.
