Explore the Idea Store.  They have plenty of online events plus they have a channel of people reading stories daily.  It is a great way to engage your children with reading and stories. They also have a super science activity pack which you can go and collect. 

Support the Stepney Farm.  It is open from Tuesday to Sunday and is a lovely place to get up close to nature and animals.

The Horniman Musem in Forest Hill is free and has a fantastic Museum and gardens.

The parks and buildings of the Olympic Park are well worth a visit when the weather is good.  There are play parks and cafés and lots of interesting spaces to play in and explore.
