Admissions to Stepney Park Primary School are managed by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Please visit the LBTH School Admissions website to find out about the admissions and appeal arrangements.

Admissions to nursery. Most children start nursery in the September after they turn 3. However, it is possible for eligible children to start nursery in the term after they turn 3. We offer both part-time (15 hours per week) and full time (30 hours per week) places. More information about admissions to nursery can be found here.

Admissions to reception. Children usually start primary school in reception in the September after their fourth birthday. For children starting in September 2027, the deadline to apply for a reception place is January 15th 2027. You can find out more about admissions to reception here. Please note that you must make an online application for a reception place even if your child is already attending the school's nursery.

In-year admissions. If you have recently moved to the area or your child will be joining from another school, including mid-year and from abroad, you can find out more about applying for a school place here.
